When you first start (after the 2-week trial), there is an initial registration fee paid to ITKD (International Taekwon-Do). This fee includes a technical handbook and a membership card.

Individual

The registration will cost $67NZD per individual, with renewal fees every 12 months at $34NZD.

Family

The registration will cost $111NZD per family, with renewal fees every 12 months at $67NZD.

The initial registration process takes approximately two to three weeks, once the registration fees have been received.

The technique handbook and membership cards are issued when the instructor receives them.

The ITKD registration must be paid no later than one month BEFORE a student is ready to grade. Students must be registered with ITKD in order for their grading application to be accepted.

A standard uniform costs $85NZD, which includes a white belt.

Premium MightyFist uniforms can reach $190NZD.

A club badge costs $15NZD.

New coloured belts cost $15NZD each.

$40NZD for children under the age of 15.

$50NZD for adults (over 15).

$65NZD for a two member family.

$70NZD for a three member family.

$75NZD for families with four or more members.

$20NZD per night, casual rate.

For 10th, 9th, and 8th Gup (rank), the grading fee is $55NZD each.

For 7th, 6th, and 5th Gup, the grading fee is $65NZD each.

For 4th, 3rd, and 2nd Gup, the grading fee is $75NZD each.

Grading fees will not be accepted until the student is ITKD registered and has successfully passed pre-grading. Training fees and grading fees must be up-to-date and paid before the actual grading.

Taekwon-Do training does not stop during the school holidays. The club has a 3-week break at the end of each year. The finish and starting dates are provided at the end of each year.

Coloured belt technical handbook: $20NZD.

Caps, available in four colours: $22NZD.

Club Logo and embroidery: $20NZD. Uniform not included.

Avondale Taekwon-Do offers a two week, no obligation, free trial period. Uniforms can be ordered from the instructor, or from any ITKD approved online vendor. All fees can be paid by cash, or internet banking.
